Richard Sellman, D.D.S.

The office of Richard F. Sellman DDS is located near the Airport Health Club, in north Santa Rosa. Dr. Sellman performs a variety of general and cosmetic dental procedures for adults and children. In addition to cleaning, whitening and preventive care, he and his team are also skilled in doing veneer, implant restoration, bonded composite/ porcelain fillings and crowns. Using an intra oral camera, digital x-rays, and years of experience he offers the latest in high tech diagnosis and treatments.

Dr. Sellman says his 25-plus years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry has taught him the importance of incorporating new technology and techniques whenever possible into his practice. "My practice is designed with the comfort of my patients in mind. We strive to blend experience, compassion and technology to create a comfortable, less stressful dental experience."

Dr. Sellman's practice offers sedation services for apprehensive patients, including Nitrous Oxide and a therapy dog, Bodie. "I have found that having a specially trained therapy dog in the office, makes patients feel more at ease in the dental office setting. Bodie provides a welcome distraction for those who are apprehensive about getting dental treatment."

Dr. Sellman and staff offer a well documented, possible alternative to C-PAP therapy, using oral appliances. Working in conjunction with your personal physician, using computerized acoustic reflective technology, they are able to help diagnose and treat many patients suffering mild to moderate Sleep Apnea with a customized oral appliance.
